1) Are your products organic?
Yes, all the ingredients used are 100% organic, natural, vegan, cruelty free and hand made.

 

2) How to know which product to use?
We have a line of 5 core products. Here is a summary breakdown of our products:

  • Papaya & Moringa Soap -for cleansing & exfoliating
  • Argan & Apricot Cream-for moisturising & hydrating
  • Turmeric & Ginger Cream-to boost skin tone & complexion
  • Matcha Green Tea & Clay Scrub- to detox & tighten the skin
  • Hemp Recovery Cream-to soothe & calm irritated skin, help blemishes

 

3) What skin type will these products work best for?
These products work for all skin types but they were carefully designed for acne prone, blemish prone skin & oily skin. I suggest you give them a try and see how you like them.

 

4) How are the products made?
All products are made by Kimeice herself, with love and pure intentions to help you feel more confident in your own skin.

 

5) What do the products smell like?
I, Kimeice, don’t like strong scents. The Papaya & Moringa Soap has a light natural papaya scent. The Argan & Apricot Cream has a really light orange scent. The Turmeric Cream has a light ginger scent. The Matcha Green Tea & Clay Scrub and The Hemp Recovery Cream has a light lemongrass scent to help mask the rich organic aroma of the ingredients.

 

6) What is the shelf life of the products?
These products contain vitamin E but no chemical preservative so I recommend you use them within 12 months after open. Unopened the best before is 24 months.

 

7) How long does it take for the creams to work?
The truth is that everything takes time. The Argan & Apricot Cream instantly moisturises the skin but with continual daily use you should see improvements in the feel of your skin. The Turmeric Cream works to boost your skin complexion as you should see a more yellow or golden boost. The Hemp recovery cream works well with continual use to soothe and calm your skin irritations. You should instantly feel a difference but it takes time to calm the skin.

 

8) How do I use the Matcha Green Tea & Clay Scrub?
Damp your skin then apply the scrub for 1-3 minutes then rinse it off. You can leave it on longer for a more supple effect.

 

9) How long does it take for me to get my order?
The products are made in small batches to ensure you get fresh high-quality products. There are made and shipped within 1-3 weeks via Royal Mail. You’ll receive your tracking information from Royal Mail when it’s on its way. If you don’t receive an email within 11 days, please contact us at infoherbsandlove@gmail.com.

International shipping is also done via Royal Mail.
